Introduction

The aim of this module is to provide a basic introduction to UK immigration law, particularly as it affects international students.

It will not provide you with the knowledge and skills you need in order to give immigration advice. However, at the end of the module we give some suggestions for next steps you might want to take in order to do this type of work.

Unlike many other areas of law, immigration law is applied in the same way in all countries in the United Kingdom.
