Introduction

This module looks at how potential students can apply for immigration permission for study in the UK, either from abroad or from within the UK.

We look at the distinct processes for each and explore how it is possible to 'switch' from one immigration category to another.

We also explore the role of institutional staff in supporting potential and current students going through this process.
